Description
Domain Market is looking for two Technical Support Representative. The candidate should be passionate, highly motivated, familiar/expert with web hosting, and ambitious about a career in customer service and technical support. This person will join the Support Team, in order to enhance the quality of support offered to Domain Market customers.
Responsibilities:
- Rotated Shifts 07:00-15:00 15:00-23:00 23:00-07:00 5 days/week
- Provide assistance and consulting to our customers via Voice, Email and Chat.
- Own each help request, treating each customer with care, realness, integrity.
- Document relevant details to help customers and your colleagues with future requests.
- Target in first contact resolution, if first call resolution cannot be met, properly code trouble tickets for escalation to 2nd level support
- Provide customer feedback to Supervisors and Managers in order to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- This is a fast-paced and results-oriented role – you will need to show persistence, calm and control under sometimes stressful conditions
- Ability to understand our customer’s needs and make sure that they get the services fit for them
- Have strong critical thinking skills and an ability to quickly resolve issues
- Excellent knowledge of WHMCS, cPanel, (domains, email, SSL, DNS, FTP, SMTP, Linux, Apache, HTML, PHP, MySQL)

Domain Market is looking for a Linux system administrator to be a member of our infrastructure team.
They should be constant learners, highly motivated, expert with web hosting, value team-work and be focused on building customer-first solutions.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and uptime services
- Ensuring proper and valid monitoring of monitoring. A valid function is to update the various metrics depending on the server so that they correspond to reality and there are no unnecessary alarms.
- Recording of recurring problems related to infrastructure on a weekly basis. These problems will be presented to the team in order to find a solution and address them.
- Server provisioning and automation
Monitoring the utilization of live servers.
- Replacement of full servers.
- Installation and valid disposal of new servers for use.
- Creation and updating of the necessary mechanisms for the automatic installation and provision of a production server.
DevOps
- Support the team of developers.
- Providing tools and infrastructure to devs
Requirements:
- More than 4-5 years managing Linux server infrastructures.
- In-depth understanding of Linux systems.
- Strong programming skills in at least one programming language such as Python.
- Experience with web and email services (APACHE, HTTP, exim, dovecot)
- Experience with virtualization technologies like KVM
- Working knowledge of a configuration management system like Ansible.
- Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.
- Effective communication and written skills with a strong tendency to Jira and Confluence.
